The free check

The check reads a public page and a few pages linked from it and shows which EU rules seem to be met. It is free and needs no account.

The results are information generated automatically from what is publicly visible on the page. They are not legal advice, they can be wrong and they do not replace a lawyer or a consultant. What you change on your site after a report is your decision.

Fair use

Check public pages. Do not use the check to load or probe someone else's site. We limit the number of checks per hour, per visitor and per site, and may block abusive use.

Liability

The check is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for damage arising from the use of the reports. This limit does not apply where the law does not allow it, for example for intent or gross negligence.

Fixes on request

For shops that do not run WooCommerce we can make the fixes ourselves, for a fee (from €149). The price and what it covers are agreed beforehand by email, and the invoice is issued by the trader above.

Applicable law

Romanian law applies. We try to settle any disagreement directly; if we cannot, consumers can turn to ANPC, including through SAL, or to the courts, as consumer law allows.
