What our servers are not for.

This policy is part of the guruburu Care terms. It applies to every site we host and to everyone who works on it: you, your team, your agency or developer, and any AI agent or other tool you connect.

Not allowed

• Content that is illegal in Romania or in the EU, or that infringes the rights of others: copyright, trademarks, privacy.
• Child sexual abuse material, terrorist content, and content that incites violence or hatred.
• Spam: bulk email or messages sent without the recipients' consent, from the site or advertising it.
• Phishing, scams, fake shops, and pages that pretend to be someone else.
• Malware, and tools for breaking into or attacking other systems. Scanning or attacking any network from our servers.
• Cryptocurrency mining, proxies, VPNs, file sharing, and storing files unrelated to the site.
• Creating accounts on other services in bulk, or bots that break other sites' rules.

Fair use of the server

A plan is for one WordPress site. Its storage is limited by the plan, and the processor time and memory it uses must stay within what a WordPress site of its size needs, so that other sites on the server are not slowed down. If a site needs more, we suggest the plan that fits. We do not limit a site without telling you, except to stop an attack.

AI agents and other tools

You may connect AI agents and other automated tools to your site. You are responsible for what you ask them to do and for what they do with the access you give them.

The company behind an agent is chosen by you and works for you: it is your processor, not ours. We run no AI model and send no data from your site to one.

Agents fall under this policy like people do: no spam content, no mass account creation, no attacks, nothing illegal.

What we do about a breach

We may disable the content in question, limit the site or suspend it, as the terms say: at once for serious harm, after a warning otherwise. Serious or repeated breaches let us end the contract.
